All Zonetect orders are fulfilled through Printiful and Tapstitch, ensuring high-quality printing and careful handling. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, after which they are shipped directly from the fulfillment center.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, so you can monitor it in real time.
Packages are carefully prepared to protect your items during transit. If there are any issues with your shipment or you need assistance, our support team is available to help promptly.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your ZONETECT purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request a return first and place a new order after your refund has been processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
